I just saw it. It was an awesome movie, much better than the 3rd. The only problem I had with it was the music, just not dark enough. I thought the entire movie couldve had a darker mood if the music was a little darker.

Nice. I thought it was an awesome movie. Contrary to what everyone else is saying, I thought the story and acting were pretty good, with the exception with a few corny lines. The story wrapped up the movie very well, with questions and events left to be answered for the next 2 movies. I honestly think they did a very good job at that. For me, it didnt leave too many questions so that I wasnt satisfied, Im already excited to see what happens in the next one.

And the action and explosions were pretty damn cool.

Oh and one more thing lol..I think the next one will get James Camerons blessing(I heard he didnt curse or bless Salvation). Unlike T3, this one isnt trying to be T1 or T2, which he was pretty pissed at. Its obviously a completely new series that will rejuvenate the whole thing. And Linda Hamilton even lent her voice to it.

        Oh and my official score..hmmm...8.9/10

Ok, finally go to see Terminator Salvation.

Im probably in the middle of most reviewers here. I didnt think the acting was bad. I do think that Sam Worthington by far and away upstaged Christian Bale in this. And that isnt any easy task.

The story, for me, left alot to be desired. As someone that grew up loving Terminator and T2, this just didnt feel like a Terminator movie. So, I judge it on it own. They take too many liberties with the Terminator mythology for my taste.

Seeing the REAL Terminator in action (dont want to spoil) was a homer moment for me. I definitely had to mark out there.

So Im giving 6.5 T-800s out of 10 (as a stand alone movie).
Five T-800s out of 10 as a Terminator movie.
