Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Ill admit... Ive had my moments of weakness and have veggied away a few hours here and there. But the good part is that you realized your problem.
I worked with a guy who was married.... he started playing, marriage started to deteriate, met some chick in his guild, started talking to her, marriage disolved, met the chick and now his life is basically over. He was that guy who was so weak that he let it absolutley ruin his life(he's play until the wees hours and it took him like 3 weeks to have a HANDFUL of toons at 60 or higher and geared). He wasn't one of those guys who had much prospect in life to begin with... but he developed these online social circles, confused them with human contact/friendship and VOILA! The exact mix that Blizzard was/is hoping to get to make their money form the game.
That's ridiculous man. The bright side is I sold my toon for like 40 bucks to some other kid and I guess I made a profit off of that.
One of my friends actually had a really suited up lvl 60 back then that he sold for literally 300 dollars and I thought damn maybe I should have stuck to it just for the money.
Wait... he get's "partnership with youtube" and makes money off it? How dus dees happen?
Youtube will look closer at your profile if you get an insane amount of hits, and quick. If they view your profile as attractive to users, that will ultimately draw attention to YouTube, then they pay you to keep up the good work essentially and they give you bigger and better storage space for longer vids too.

I quit WoW to start FFXI back up again. I enjoy the challenge more...
Had a 70 Undead Warrior back when the cap was 70 though.
I find it hilarious how people constantly trash MMO's calling them games for losers. This is extremely unfair to casual gamers that play MMO's the way they are supposed to.
They never interfered with my social life because I DIDN'T let them.

WoW is extremely casual friendly now. If you thought about getting into it but didn't want to spend a lot of time, now is the perfect time. There is still some extremely hard content, but a lot of it is rather easy. (Hard: Algalon, Yogg+0, etc...)

WoW is definitely a cool game, I checked it out again recently. While I loathe Death Knights, the game is still just as fun, and PvP is just as addictive. I just kinda burned myself out on it last summer, so maybe after my hiatus I will go back.

DKs are pretty fun. A lot of really dumb players play them, though, and cry about being nerfed.
Quit playing wow over a year ago now, 70 Undead Rogue and 70 Paladin (When you had to manually bounce back and forth between resto and tank before this dual spec BS)
I had to quit because it got so boring. I was sick of black temple after the second time being in there. And now, they've made things soooo easy (Mounts at 20? Are they kidding?) It's not fair to the hardcore players who ground for months to get that 6000 gold for the epics, now you can make that in like 5 days.
Every patch the game gets more and more geared towards children and young teenagers because Blizzard knows that that's where the money is. I'm ready for Diablo 3 and Champions Online. Also want to give The Old Republic a try.

It's what they did to EQ too towards the end, when they do this stuff it seems to be the END of the game, I played last year had a 70 NE Rogue did Raids and stuff, but it just got too boring, I find Lvl'ing in WoW very boring too.

Yup. I know part of the team broke off to work on a new Blizzard MMO slated for 2010, and Blizzard itself stated that they expect to lose a lot of members to Diablo 3, Champions Online, and the Old Republic. I wouldn't expect to see WoW around by late next year. They'll probably go the way of Diablo 2 and just let the servers run and drop support for it.

Haha it's waaaayyy to early to start announcing the death of WoW. If people are still playing EQ1, there's good reason to believe WoW will be around for at least 5 more years.
