He made some of the greatst movies of my teenage years. Who doesn't laugh when they hear "No more yanky my wanky, the Donger need food!!" His contribution to film will not be forgotten. -
tis a shame...
however (and this might sound cold considering), he hadn't directed anything awesome since the 80's and a lot of his film that was more recent was...well, eh. but that might have more to do with directing and acting, i dunno... once he didn't have the brat pack anymore... *shrugs*
sucks however... RIP guy who made like 4 people famous with one movie...
