Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

well it's clear your taste in movies is lacking...
The first one really wasn't that great of a movie, it just got hyped up by a bunch of angsty high schoolers who thought it was all edgy and meaningful.

well, that's why we don't listen to high schoolers lol
i wouldn't necessarily call it "edgy" or "meaningful" i don't know what the hell could be meaningful about it... the story has been done a thousand times, vigilantes taking justice into their own hands etc...
but Boondock Saints is just plain fun and hilarious... and it's all about the Irish, which makes it better.
this is a cult classic which is why it gets the hype, so it's understandable that once you see it, maybe you think "eh..." but that's to be expected if you see it too late in the game.
i saw it way back when NO ONE even knew what the hell it was and no one that i knew had seen it... in fact i introduced it to literally ALL of my friends and now they all love it.
we had a special engagement a few years ago when the director's cut came out at our theater and if i hadn't made everyone watch it, then half the theater wouldn't have been filled with employees who snuck in to it lol
but i can see where you're coming from i guess. i dunno, ask McSmashie... maybe we like it tons cuz we're Irish...

Has anyone seen this yet? I havent had the opportunity to. Id like to see what everyone thinks.
its pretty damn awesome . . . go see it, dont think it was on the first level but with the hype i had going in its easy to see how i am just a little disappointed but i caught myself laughing hysterically at a few parts and it was just as bad ass as the first
after a long grueling month of waiting to see if our theater would even get it in its limited release, we finally got it. we opened it today.
so i screened it last night. it's basically a complete replica of the first. by that i mean Duffy pretty much wanted to please the cult following and made the exact same movie. tried to replace Rocco with a new Rocco, tried to replace Agent Smecker with a new Smecker (only a rather annoying female with an annoying southern accent).
OTHER THAN THOSE THINGS............i did enjoy it. it definitely wasn't horrible like i was fearing. it was still hilarious in a lot of parts and the brothers really kept the movie going with their sibling antics.
i didn't mind losing sleep over watching the movie, nor did i mind getting paid to watch it either
i'll definitely pick it up when it finally gets to DVD and possibly go see it again if we keep it long enough.
i did like that they explained Il Duce's background though, that was quite nice to know.
*EDIT*
oh yeah i forgot:
Trilogy....................
