  • Best Rock Song Intro

OK, so me and my friends were having a disscussion about which ROCK song has the best intro. In my opinion I think that it is Hells Bells by ACDC..

I was just wondering what some other people's opinions are.

Isn't "for whom the bell tolls" very similar, as far as the bells go? Still, hells bells does kick @$$!

My vote goes to "Over the Hills and Far Away" (Led Zeppelin) or "Time" (Pink Floyd)

Think of a bigger, stronger, more handsome Eli Manning.... That's Fargo.

Welcome To The Jungle. When you hear that intro, you know you are about to rock n roll.

Off the top of my head, Limelight by Rush is the best intro riff of all time.

All these are very good songs and intros, so its hard to decide just one.

I'm not sure if it's the best of all time, but I love how "Everybody Knows That You Are Insane" By Queens of the Stone Age Opens, and how it really leads into the main part of the song. I love putting that song on before a good run on the slopes.

Another good one is the bagpipes at the beginning of "As One" by Dropkick Murphys. I love that intro.
