I know this is an odd post, but curiousity has killed the cat. Does anyone know why he is not in any of the Madden games? I've played these games for ever and it just dawned on me again recently when I was playing '10. lol

The only thing I can think of is that maybe contractual issues prevent them from using his image, or that they can't properly scan this guy to get his face right

Madden NFL '94 was the first game in the series to include real NFL teams, and Madden NFL '95 added an NFLPA license for real players.[14] The NFL Coaches Association sells the rights to have NFL coaches' names appear in the Madden NFL games; Madden NFL 2001 was the first game in the series to feature this license.[15] Neither New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick nor Bill Parcells appeared in the game as they are not members of the NFL Coaches Association.

It's not the image. The playbook is not under his name, it always say NE Coach.

As far as I know, this is 100% accurate.

Kind of like how Michael Jordan wasn't in any basketball games for a long time. You always had some badass white guy on the Bulls instead of Jordan.

Also Kevin Millar is not in anybase ballgames. He was one of the replacemet players during the lockout, and therefore was barred from joining the MLBPA.

I forgot about this with Jordan, and I think some of that had to do with rights, Jordan had his rights owned by some other company, not sure bout Bonds or Bellichick. Whatever tho
