Don't know. Maybe a infinite loop of them absorbing each other. But I think that Rouges power is more dangerous since in several cases it looks like she can drain the life out of a person. Plus Parasite can't absorb more than his parasite cells can allow so yeah Rouge will win since she doesn't has a limiter.
