Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Here is the list of Marvel movies to come out between 2011-2014.
I don't know if any of them will be 3D.
Deadpool
The Avengers
Thor
The Wolverine(not a sequel to the first one)
X-Men first class
Iron Man 3
Spider-Man
Ghost Rider 2
Capitan America
Fantastic Four: Reborn
Daredevil (reboot just like spidey)
Magneto
Black Widow
These are not made up, each film will be coming between 2011-2014.

The remakes into Blu-Ray were OK with me but this 3D crap is just that. Crap.
Now they are making 3D TV's that we're all supposed to run out and spend $5,000 on.
This entire industry is out of control and as they introduce technology waves, they cash in and move on to the next.
3D movies are so over rated and pointless it's not even funny. Nobody has ever got it right. Oooooh that hand reached out at me while wearing these annoying paper glasses.

They like to spin tales and stories their own way which ruin the originals. Sure, as a kid I enjoyed many of their films. Then, as I grew old I read many of the stories that they turned into film, such as Aladdin. They really do not do the works that they base their films on justice.
Also, I am disgusted by the trend for everything to be 3D. It is just another way for corporations to take hard-working families money.
I hate 3D movies. HATE THEM. But I am kind of excited that one of my all-time favorite films Beauty and the Beast will be back in a theater, I wasn't even born or was just born when it was back in the day. and I love going to theaters
I don't see anything wrong with this. Beauty and the Beast was made in 1991, almost 20 years ago. Rereleasing it gains a new generation of audience, plus 3D is the trend right now (which I hope goes away soon, really really soon. PLEASE MAKE IT GO AWAY).
Now, if you want to talk about cash grabs, take Avatar for example. I loved the movie, but first it made that insane amount of money their first go around in theaters. THEN they released a DVD (with no special features). THEN they put an Extended Edition of the film with like, only 8 extra minutes worth of scenes back in theaters to make more money, THEN they finally release a DVD with all the special features (which I bought even though I bought the first DVD, I love special features, but I'm really pissed they didn't just release that one in the first place )

At least with Avatar it was pretty well known that they were gonna release three versions of the DVD/Blu-Ray from the beginning. I bought both editions of the Blu-Ray, but only because I didn't have enough patience to wait for the collectors edition. The collectors edition has plenty of special features to warrant the extra price. Granted, it woulda been nice if they had released the first two editions first instead of waiting.

3D is stupid, I don't see the point of it at all.. I'd rather watch my movies or play my games without eye strain, and without wearing corny glasses that can damage your eyesight. Hopefully it doesn't get to the point where the government will pratically force us to buy 3D TVs, just like they did with HD.
Not to mention, I've never liked Disney movies to begin with.

The reason Avatar became the number one movie of all time is due the Imax, 3D, etc releases. When you have some sucker err person drop $15 to $20 bucks for an Imax ticket, it is easy to pass a classic like Gone with the Wind that only charged .07.

These days with inflated prices of admission that record is meaningless... what they need to track is the amount of tickets sold

Although I'm a Disney fan, I totally agree with the 3D comment. I get annoyed and turned off immediately when they say "in 3D"
Totally a waste.
