This will blow MII out of the water. The recreated all of 1940's LA including streets that no longer exist. It is more open word. The lip sink is is 100% spot on. They use mo-cap for the acting. Trust me it will not be like Mafia II.

I'll wait till reviews or something, but this game was really an unknown until a few months ago. When it was first announced, and a little after that, we didn't here jack about the game at all.

I'm saying there wasn't much info given about the game. Some people even thought it was canceled at some point because the devs wern't giving us any new information.

as much as i love Film Noir and 1920's mafia stuff or even mafia in general, this game, Mafia I and Mafia II just don't interest me.

the graphics are horrendous on most of these games. you'd think for a successful developer like Rockstar they'd learn how to make stuff that doesn't look like a cartoon. sure some people say that's their MO but it doesn't interest me.

i could never get into any of the GTAs. the only one of theirs i liked was Red Dead Revolver (haven't played Redemption yet, but i've seen my buddy play it and it looks pretty awesome).

I really don't like Open world games that much period. GTA and Read Dead are good games, but I find open world games very repetitive and boring after a while. I wish they made em' more subtle like Batman Arkham Asylum for example, it's not open world, but it's not linear either. They were fascinating back in the day, but now they're just getting old.

I don't mind open world games, I loved Red Dead Redemption.
It was such a fun and beautiful game, not really a GTA fan, I'd prefer Saints Row 2(not 1)

As for L.A, I've heard about since that had it on the cover of Game Informer a few months back. I'm into Mafia type films and games, but I rarely buy them, the last and only Mafia game I bought was The Godfather II.

I already pre-ordered it and Duke Nukem: Forever. Once LA Noire comes out, going to Pre-Order Skyrim and Mass Effect III.

I am extremely excited about the game.
