Yeah but there's not really too much to do except the side missions and finding hidden items/locations.

well in terms of getting more play out of the game when it's over, it would certainly lengthen the replay value lol

also they could let you be a serial killer.....

That'd be a pretty cool idea for a game, albeit pretty morbid. If they could pull it off though it'd be a lot of fun.

would be morbid yeah, and very controversial, and definitely turn LA Noire into rockstar's most controversial game overnight

          but it would be interesting

i love playing as the incorruptible cole phelps, don't get me wrong

i'm just thinking up ways the developers could use DLC to get the absolute most out of this game over the long haul, since it lacks multiplayer.

I'm sure they'll just tack on more cases, and I'll be happy with that. They're a lot of fun.

Absolutely tremendous game, breaking the (seemingly non existent) mould that had grown on rockstar games. Alot more linear but they stories are interesting, and EVERY decision you make feels like it matters, I seriously take ages over interrogations because I'm weirdly pulled massively into the story. Love it.

Ahhh... just wrapped up getting all the achievements. 1200/1200! What an incredible game.

Am I the only one really weirded out by how much amazing the facial technology is on this game? I swear I can't look at this guy without thinking its Cole.

                    I still say it's cheating

It's totally cool, and does blow my mind a little bit, but I can't see myself ever preferring it to good, hard-work modeling.

Rockstar delivers another epic game , but another questionable ending.

I thought it was great all around though.

I didn't realise we had a thread for this game, I just 100%'d it yesterday

I really wasn't enjoying Disk 1 but it picked up towards the end as the cases got more interesting. Like jc13, I'm not really sure how I felt about the ending... I thought it was an above average game but I wasn't as blown away by it as everyone else seems to be.

The faces were very good, yes, but the rest of the graphics weren't. So you end up with the heads looking a bit creepy, tacked on to some bodies that haven't been rendered to the same standard. All the cars look identical, making one of the achievements a real chore to get. And I thought the interrogations (with one exception) were a bit simplistic and could've been done better - for the most part, the tells are so obvious you feel a little like your intelligence has been insulted!

Very cool idea though and a good experience; atmosphere was pretty much perfect. Above average game IMO and enjoyable, but not great. Had much more potential than was realised. I wouldn't pay for it myself (borrowed the copy I'm using atm from a friend).
