I agree with the Dawg, Bohemian Rhapsody rates.

As a close second I offer Here Comes the Bride 'cause you know some poor bastard just had his dreams and soul stomped out by some bunch of BS crap that some girl told him while he was drunk.

Yeah, I'm a cheery bastard today, no?

      Alastor.

        Hands down, Fade to Black.....Metallica

Life it seems will fade away
        Drifting farther every day
        Getting lost within myself
        Nothing matters, no one else
I have lost the will to live
        Simply nothing more to give
There is nothing more for me
Need the end to set me free

Things not what they used to be
        Missing one inside of me
Deathly lost this cant be real
Cannot stand this hell I feel
        Emptyness is filling me
        To the point of agony
        Growing darkness taking dawn
I was me, but now he's gone

No one but me can save myself, but it's too late
Now I can't think it was too deep inside.
Yesterday seems as though it never existed
        Death greets me warm,
Now I will just say goodbye
        Goodbye.

        It's my song.

Down in a Hole and Fade to Black were good ones. I'll nominate Black by Pearl Jam:

sheets of empty canvas, untouched sheets of clay
were laid spread out before me as her body once did
all five horizons revolved around her soul
as the earth to the sun
now the air I tasted and breathed has taken a turn

and all I taught her was everything
I know she gave me all that she wore
and now my bitter hands shake beneath the clouds
          of what was everything
all the pictures have all been washed in black, tattooed everything...

I take a walk outside, I'm surrounded by some kids at play
I can feel their laughter, so why do I sear?
and twisted thoughts that spin round my head
          I'm spinning, oh, I'm spinning
how quick the sun can, drop away

and now my bitter hands cradle broken glass
          of what was everything
all the pictures have all been washed in black, tattooed everything...
all the love gone bad, turned my world to black
tattooed all I see, all that I am, all I'll ever be...

          I know someday you'll have a beautiful life, I know you'll be a star
in somebody else's sky, but why
why, why can't it be....can't it be mine?

            Little Girl-John Michael Montgomery

            Actually had me in tears..

For those of you who havent heard it, its about a girl whose parents abuse her, and fight with each other constantly and she never gets any love, and then her dad kills her mom and then kills himself right in front of her..The girl says like Jesus was with her the night her parents died in front of her as she hid behind the couch and everything..The song gives me shivers just thinking about it.. Very sad song, makes you think what is actually going on in some of the homes across America...

Simple and Clean - Kingdom Heart's ending theme.

It actually brought tears to my eyes when I watched the scene after you defeat Ansem.

Only depressing song I've listened to.

Time and time again. By the counting crows.
Down in a hole, was a good choice.
