I like the Transformers movies.

We have to wait until July?

To like any of the movies or dislike, depends on your age,humor, taste in a film, childhood experience with the comics/cartoons.

I notice that people whom watched and liked beast wars, tend to dislike he Transformers series of today.

I thought 1 was a ok movie, it was not bad, but it could have been better.

As for 2, I thought it was bad but good, more bad than good, but still had a few good parts. Would I buy any of them on DVD? NO.

Oh man Beast Wars was one of the highlights of my childhood I had a lot of those toys plus the show was badass geez... I remember my dad waking me up on Saturday Morning to watch Fox Kids and ABC Kids plus the smell of Bacon , Eggs , Potatoes sizzling on the cast iron skillet lol.

I'm only 19 but it feels like so long ago. I think like 14 years ago or so..

Also getting that Optimus Primal toy was one of the greatest days ever lol

But as for the more classic Transformers I guess the only series I could think of was Armada.

Youtube has allot of old shows and there websites where you can childhood shows.

was wondering when someone would post this lol.

it looked awesome, however...exactly like the previous two. or at least the first one. another downtown battle? hmmm... hopefully that's just a snippet of a larger scale global battle.

and what's with the winged dragon looking Transformer? they pull another one from Beast Wars?

but yeah it does look awesomely bad... these movies are terrible...but somehow awesome. i love them lol. hopefully this one doesn't disappoint in that regard.

You have to admit, they look awfully good. The first one have enough of a story and..................acting....................to make it entertaining.

The second one, the visuals and FX just couldnt overcome the BS script and piss poor acting/voice acting performances.

If nothing else, they are fun to look at on Blu Ray anyways. Hopefully the third one will dumb down the Dumb and make it at least entertaining.

exactly. i was furious when stupid Bourne Ultimatum won the Oscars for sound effects editing and another sound category over Transformers that year.

these films are visually stunning and that alone makes them worth watching over and over and bearing through the annoying parts. they better shut the mom up again like they did in the first or it could get ugly again.

despite all the crap in these movies, they are still awesome. Steve Jablonsky's scores are freakin' sweet too and pump you up. i blare them in my car etc.

i also like to turn up the opening of both movies and put my surround sound on max when it shows the Paramount logo at the beginning. *chills*

i catch a lot of flack for liking/defending Transformers but i don't care. i know they suck... but i watch them over and over again lol.

We just have to wait and see. Obviously, as of right now, it looks like the Decepticons are invading the entire earth. I know the final battle was filmed in Chicago. I am 90% sure it is a downtown battle. Though I am also confident that there are several other locations that will be visited.

RoTF set the bar so low that the third has to be better. It is significantly darker though, but it will still have that crappy humor. About the Dragon thing, that is supposed to be Laserbeak, I believe. (Sorry, the inner nerd is exploding.)

nice. i assumed maybe he was from Beast Wars or something, but now that i think about it, i seem to remember a similar transformer from the originals. but they had Scorpinok so i don't know why this wouldn't work.

and i saw some sweet footage of the shoot in Chicago... looks pretty sweet, and Shia looks like he might be a lot more serious in this one... hopefully.
