yeah... we'll see. Blackbeard is about the only thing interesting me about this movie.

i'm surprised it took them 4 installments to bring him into it.

that still doesn't put him in the film. and wouldn't really make sense in line with the plot of that film since all of the pirates ban together and i don't see Blackbeard banding together with anyone.

but i meant like writing him into it as a main villain earlier.

I think Davy Jones worked well as the main villian, so they would have had to make Blackbeard the villain in the first movie. Which would have been cool, but Barbosa was cool too and I like that he ended up on their side by At World's End

I'm still pretty stoked for the new POTC.

People will always say it'll get bland and stuff, but in my opinion I think all of the movies have been fun to watch. Lots of excitement and humor; it's just a sweet movie about pirates and such.

no, Davy Jones was the best one yet... they should have had Blackbeard to begin with and take Barbosa completely out.
