It seems Sony is just giving us more and more good information about their PSP2. Some reports are even saying that it will be as powerful as the PS3. I don't know if that's even possible to pull off, but if it is, it's going to be spectacular.

Sony is reportedly going to unveil it on the 27th, and are looking for a Q4 2011 release. As I'm reading on and on about it, I'm suspecting that it will be better than the 3DS. I just think Nintendo are focusing far too much on gimmicks, and it's getting pretty old now.

It won't be as "Powerfull" because that's impossible to do at this point in time with a hand held operating on a battery... However, due to the screen resolution, it will look almost as good as the PS3 does... As for Nintendo focusing on the gimmicks too much... They can do that since they release a new handheld every year If it fails, oh well, come back with something better the next year.

Someone needs to invent a cheap, thin, ultra battery, cause mobile technology is getting way too far ahead of battery technology.

If it's too powerful it will suck the battery so fast you'll have trouble watching a 2 hour movie...

I'm not really that into hand held gaming devices anyways. If I'm gonna play a game it's going to be on a huge TV in my house.

3DS kinda intrigued me just because it provides 3D without glasses, not that I'd buy it for that, but it's something that TV makers should try to work with. It's already something that can be achieved with eye tracking devices (something I think Kinect should have tried to do) but that effect can only be achieved with one person at a time.

I heard that the 3ds can cause major strain on the eyes in 3d mode and its not recommend for kid under the age of 6 (due eye development) also it only recommended to play only 30mins in 3d mode.

Yeah and Nintendo kinda failed at trying to defend it, but 3D will cause eye problems, even for adults, simple fact. It's why I don't screw around with 3D, or places like IMAX.

Watching the gameplay video of Uncharted on it, convinced just how good this thing will look. I'm starting to believe the rumor about it being as powerful as a PS3 weren't too far fetched. It looks fantastic. Nintendo has already lost this one imo. Just look at the titles that are going to be launched with it. Uncharted, Yakuza, MGS4, Resistance, and a COD game. Add that with some possible homebrew, I wouldn't mind paying $300 for it.
