Always carry a flagon of whiskey in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake.

ive pretty much given up on buying games, i very rarely play a game more than one time regardless of difficulty . . . i have add so seeing the same thing again wears me down
i love fallout ive played both new vegas and 3 and they are both awesome, cant go wrong with either IMO
but i heard crysis is sweet and the vids ive seen look good and so does killzone. the fall is gonna have a bunch of sweet games though MW3, resistance, new uncharted just to name a fewsigpic-------Comment

Vegas > 3 imo though i loved both. Theres too much wasteland in 3. At least 85% of the rather large map is nothingness. It may be more realistic that way, but i felt there was more to do om Vegas and more interesting characters and factions. More guns too. And the gltches while sometimes annoying are not major.Comment

OK, so here's what went down.
I went to the local Gamestop to see what they had and right after I walked in, the manager handed me a copy of Crysis 2 limited edition and said that he couldn't sell it for retail because an employee accidentally took the wrapping off of it. He sold it to me for $40.00 new. It was too good of a deal to pass up.
I know there is already a thread on the subject so I will keep this brief.
Crysis 2 has some of the most impressive graphics I have ever seen hands down. The campaign is mind blowing. As for the Multi player it seems promising, but I have only played one match so far and it is going to take a bit of getting used to after playing Halo, and CoD for so long.
As for Mass Effect I do like the series, but I'm kinda done with Bioware games for the moment. I want something a little more action and a little less dialog. I did just play through Dragon Age2 3 times in a row, so I'm a bit burnt out on those games.
I like Dead Space, but I'll be really honest about it. I play video games as a way to kill stress, and that series puts me way on edge. It stresses me out big time.
I played through both Fallout titles, and found them to be a bit more involved, and glitchy for my tastes. That and the VATS system is kinda annoying.
I would have bought Killzone 3 if it wasn't for getting the deal on Crysis 2. I may still pick it up.
Heavy Rain is one of my all time favorite games. The story, and character depth is amazing.
Demon Souls is one of the better titles on PS3. It is unforgivably hard. I think that's what I liked most about it. It took me months to finally beat the damn game. To this day it may just be the hardest game I have ever played. It takes endless amounts of patience and timing, but its a great sense of accomplishment when you finally make progress in the game.
I can honestly say I did not care for the God of War series. I know that's blasphemy, but I did not like it for the same reason I did not like Dynasty Warriors. Its way too much button mashing for me. Not much strategy, just a ton of hitting X, X, X, X, X, O, O, O, O, O.... you get the idea.
One title I did not mention for PS3 that was a standout that I loved is Valkeria Chronicles. What a fantastic game! You can pick it up for around 15.00 used if you have a PS3, and I promise you will not be disappointed. It's the best Dark Horse (unknown) title I have played to date.Is it solipsistic in here, or is it just me?Comment
