Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I have had my PS3 for some time and I have played almost everything worthwhile on the thing. Here are my suggestions.
1. You already bought the Uncharted series. That's a no brainer. Those games are fantastic.
2. Heavy Rain. It's a different kind of game. It may not be what your used to, but the story is amazing, the graphics are mind blowing to say the least. It will keep you engaged for a long, long time. Especially with 16 different, possible endings.
3. Demon Souls. This game is incredibly hard. One of the hardest games I've ever played. That being said it's more about finesse, and less about mindless button mashing. It also requires a bit of exploration to find the right path through the game. Going level by level in a straight line is impossible. It's just too damn hard, so it will require some jumping around from level to level. All that aside this game is fantastic. The combat system is spot on. The character customization, and weapon options are varied. When you do finally make progress in the game the sense of accomplishment is very rewarding.
4. MAG. If you are into FPS games this game is pretty solid. There is no campaign mode. It is strictly online multi-player. The two big draws for me to this game are the massive battles, and the character customization. The larger battles have 256 people fighting per map. The maps themselves are huge with tons of objectives, vehicles, and no end of things to do. It's not just restricted to mindlessly killing the other team. The character customization is deep, and varied. If you don't want to focus on killing, you can be a medic, or an engineer earning points by fixing up your downed allies, or repairing things. There is also a lot of mayhem to be had by blowing up your opponents objectives. The graphics are good. The controls are familiar to most FPS games. Overall it's a good investment. Especially considering you can buy the game for $20.00 new.
5. Valkeria Chronicles. You may have to do a bit of searching at Gamestop to find a used copy of this game as it's no longer made new. A used copy retails for about $15.00. As cheap as the game is it is a great game. Definitely a dark horse game as it gets very little publicity. It's got a unique visual style that is rather captivating. It's unique graphic style is done very well. This game takes the best aspects of a turn based strategy game, a FPS, and a RPG and mashes it up into a very well designed experience. The game itself is hard for me to explain, but IGN puts up a pretty good review of it here. http://ps3.ign.com/objects/950/950634.html
These should keep you pretty busy for awhile. They are not the only worthwhile PS3 Exclusive titles out there. They are just my top 5. You should be able to get all of these games for $30.00, or under.
A few people mentioned Little Big Planet. I played through the first one, and it was fun for awhile, but unless you get crazy into level design yourself I found it to get tedious after awhile. Just my opinion though.
That can also be a problem if the game is bugged. I had nothing but problems with my copy of Heavy Rain. Still, I liked what I got out of it.
Skywalker was talking about Omikron there. Omikron is a game made by the same company that did Heavy Rain. Heavy Rain is much easier to navigate. They have Chapters that you select and can start over levels and try to get a better result.
I don't know about you, but it made me feel more in the game.
Just jamming buttons all day to drive a car doesn't really put me in the game. Now, turning the controller like a steering wheel goes a long way...
Not really... You know what other game used an idea like that?
Killzone 2. They made it so that you can move the controller to control the Sniper rifle, and it was such a stupid idea that they got rid of it in Killzone 3. I would've rather have it so that we could drive the car ourselves, then to rely on a pointless and unresponsive motion feature. There's a reason why most games don't even support the sixaxis.
I finally bought a PS3 so I can have a BluRay player. I prefer the 360 but I'd like to know some of the can't miss PS3 exclusive games so all of your suggestions would be great

You could just get an arcade stick if you don't like the 360 d-pad. Actually Microsoft has already released a revamped 360 controller with a better D-pad. Sega was always the best when it came to circular d-pad's, but they tend to not work when it comes to fighting games these days.
It's not solely exclusive to PS3, but the new Mortal Kombat game that comes out at midnight tomorrow (HELL YEAH!) has Kratos (From the God of War series) as an exclusive character for the PS3. If you are a MK fan like I am it looks like it's going to be a great pick up for the PS3.

It does look sweet, I'm a huge MK fan. Have you seen Cyborg Sub Zero? He looks sick. I planned on getting it for my 360 at first, but then realised I had no fighting game for my PS3, so I'm getting that one. I don't like GOW but I guess it'd be better to have Kratos then not.

True story. I actually dislike the GoW series very much, but after seeing a video of Kratos in MK I'm excited to have the character.
I know some of you think it's blasphemous to not like GoW. To me it's just button mashing hell, and for crap sakes you think a guy that strong would be able to jump across a simple little pit, but no. they had to make the jumping controls so janky that you fall into the pit more often than just simply stepping over it.
Getting back to MK, at first I wasn't super excited for the new MK after playing MK Vs. DC which I thought was awful. Then I played the demo, and watched some video and I'm totally stoked about it. I will be picking mine up at midnight.
Charlie, it's not the difficulty setting, just moving the controller around throws me off. However, I've liked what I've heard about this game so far and your review just adds to that. I definitely will play it and who knows, maybe I will like the controls (doubtful but maybe...I'm guessing I'll like it in some parts and hate it in others) but the story sounds like it's worth playing. Plus, my favorite game(s) is the Mass Effect series and I play it over and over for different possibilities, I like hearing that for Heavy Rain

I saw that, I always thought the 360 version should get Master Chief or something
