I'm thinking about picking up some of the comic books through the library and reading them all this summer. Any idea where I should start? What is the very first comic called so I can have a fun time reading them?

for the long and full story you should start with the uncanny X-men story line. Thing is there is some cross over betwene some series as time goes by...
Love the comic book series, unfortunately I sold most of them when I was young (at least I kept the one where Wolverine gets his adamantium skeleton removed by magneto ! )
