Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I'm up to book 5 now, so far I'm enjoying it a lot. Great depth of characters thus far the stor is very solid we'll see how I feel after the next book bu so far I'm really liking it a lot.
I think if the depth is going to start lacking it will be due to introducing too many characters but so far it's very solid.
One thing I'd like to add that I really like so far, it does switch back and forth a lot like GoT though not as much. The story focuses around 3 main characters all 3 of which are very solid characters (at this point in the story Perin is by far my favorite) But along with the solid main characters there are several really good side characters who also have good stories among them (like lan and nineve)
All and all solid character development and solid story so we'll see how I feel once I hit the 6th book (which supposedly is where the story slows down)
I'm on the episode where the dwarf is being held captive by Stark's Wife's sister.
Been meaning to check the rest out but keep finding myself occupied.
Nice they only get better I wont talk about any of the episodes to avoid spoling anything. really enjoyed the tv series ( I should really read the books but I have a stack of novels on my 'to read list'

I keep meaning to watch the rest. But, working on my degree I find myself reading a lot and writing a heck of a lot of papers.
Then, I just want to relax and I recently got Skyrim.
I didn't go to the midnight release of Skyrim and instead figured I would check out this show that night. I watched I think 2 episodes that night.
Since then, schoolwork and what freetime I have had I have played Skyrim.
Seriously, this is a great series. You're missing out if you pass on it. Not everyone likes fantasy, but fantasy is just a back-seat element to the drama of the show.
And Tyrion's awesome.
HEAR ME ROAR!
sigpic Thanks to Freyaka for the great sig!
It's actually the THIRD book that will be spread across two seasons - or as the producers put it, "more than one season". That's a good thing too. "A Storm of Swords" is HUGE (almost as big as the entire Lord of the Rings) and it is jam packed with lots of action and development. It's probably the leading favorite among most of the book fans (and I can't wait until you non-readers see it... MUAHAHAHA  ). I'd also like to add that many fans/critics believe that the unbridled pacing of Book 3 put GRRM in a tough spot and is ultimately what caused the delay with Books 4 (and 5). Some have even gone as far as claiming that, from a literary sense, Book 3 is not as well-written as the others... but, oh is it fun!
Now, so far the producers have only said that the third book will be spread across more than one season. HBO has said nothing about them extending the series though. However, there are numerous rumors flying that it will be done. HBO has said that they "never cancel shows" and the producers don't want to talk for fear of jinxing it. So, I think it'll happen. They've always felt that if they could at least get the third book on screen then they'd be happy.
It would be amazing if they somehow get the whole thing done. Of course, much of that depends on GRRM and his writing pace, but honestly... I hope we all live that long.
