No thats what I mean if the updates come along and I already had a franchise started I can go back and rerate the players where they should. Big time if there is a cap on their original ratings. I plan to use that ability to fix anything that EA might have missed or messed up on. Usually rookies might be the big thing. I don't plan to cheat because I like to lose games I try to find sliders that make it realistic and try to avoid the computer cheating me. I know people are going to cheat but they could have done that to the orginal rosters before a dynasty anyways so this is just to fix mistakes in my eyes anyways.

Well, to be fair. EA had Alphonso Smith's overall at around 80 in Madden '10. EA is usually clueless about player ratings, much like sliders. Just wait for a roster update (which is all Madden 12 really is anyways).

Don't worry you can just move him to a position he has never played before like DE and his overall will go up. Makes sense right?

I actually think Madden looks like it took a major jump forward this year. I would agree usually it is just a roster update but this year looks like it took a huge leap forward and could be up there. Now it comes down to do these new features work like they should or are they broke.
