    GERTZ // THURSDAY // WASH TIMES: Russian special forces troops moved many of Saddam Hussein's weapons and related goods out of Iraq and into Syria in the weeks before the March 2003 U.S. military operation, The Washington Times has learned. John A. Shaw, the deputy undersecretary of defense for international technology security, said in an interview that he believes the Russian troops, working with Iraqi intelligence, “almost certainly” removed the high-explosive material that went missing from the Al-Qaqaa facility, south of Baghdad.

    I believe! I remember reports of Russian "advisors" fleeing Baghdad in a convoy to Syria very shortly before Coalition troops arrived, and how our guys were warned not to attack the Russians who should have already left.(a diplomatic/political deal) Hell, does any one here really believe that along with the explosives shuttled to Syria in that time period, that there were no WMD's sent as well? And truth is, WMD's have been found in IRAQ, Sarin being one type, but the Kerry Media simply dismiss that and the Ricin laden shells as nothing. You could bet your ass that if the report was missing Ricin or sarin, kerry would scream to high heaven, and still not admit the presence of WMD's. If they admitted that, then I guess the whole Bush lied thing falls apart.

      Russia took these weapons? This is the same Russia who's Intelligence we relied upon when deciding to attack Iraq, correct?
