This is a very complex site. Despite appearances, it is not a standard set of stock VB boards. Some things are very difficult to work with here.

For now - and on a trial basis - with no promises of future compatibility (so do NOT pitch a fit if it goes away) - we bring you:

Youtube tags.

We're just trying it out guys. We'll see if it causes any issues. If it causes any issues on the site in any way, shape or form, we'll remove it. Do not fall in love with this feature yet.

We're just giving it a try.

How to use it:

In the posting options for a new post, there is also now a Youtube icon so that you don't even have to use the code.

If you want to use the code manually, it's pretty simple, really. Just use the video ID between the two youtube tags. Quote this post to see the code I used or look here:

Refrain from using youtube vids in your sig. Don't. We'll have to go in and remove it and you'll get an infraction. Use URL tags for sig links.

Do yourself and everyone else a favor. If you're quoting a post that has a youtube video in it, DELETE THE YOUTUBE CODE PORTION so that the same video doesn't appear in 14 replies on one page of posts.
