Ahhh. Yes. You weren't that time. I am just so used to you speaking for me, I just skim the posts now.

Darn. Now I have to speak for myself.

Are you really comparing the Broncos, a football team to a virtual video game?

It's all complaints for half yall. Don't like it don't buy it. I'll say it again. It's never been near perfect and never will be. Just like any other video game.

It's fake. It's never gonna be perfect. It's a damn video game. It's pretty freaking amazing for a virtual game.

Madden apologists, just can't admit when there's something wrong.

      (ps im just teasing)
No I'm not saying those others are fine, but I know where the root of most of these arise from and that is their rating scale. They need to spread it out and use the scale 0-100 a lot more than they do. I know there are errors and some frustrate me sometimes, and I have grown to relize no game will ever be perfect. I know a lot who would argue 2K5 was a great football game, but to me they couldn't get the simple controls down. Doesn't mean it wasn't a good game but that was a clear error on their part, and you either over look it or it stops you from playing it.

Actually no it's all your fault you are just bad at the game

      • I just had to take a game into OT against the Jets.

I only allowed him 48 total yards of offense, and it was 10-10 going into OT. (he ran a tipped int back).

Most frustrating game ever. I couldnt get ANYONE open.

Oh, I took an counter 80 yards to the hizzouse on the first play of OT.

Nice run I bet. With McGahee? The more I play with the Broncos, the more I realize, I will never have a big run with our RBs. They are to slow. I only had a 55yd run up the middle with McGahee because it was 3rd and long and the other team blitzed. I ran staight up the middle and passed everyone. Other than that, my RBs are to slow IMO.

Nah, it was with the Texans.

Unfortunately, Houston only has 1 WR over 80 and 1 over 70 (and hes a 73). The rest are 60s. When you come across a good secondary with the Texans, better hope you're clever.

To be fair, people are much more likely to post after having something frustrating happen to them than they are to share the times that the game works appropriately.

                • I suck at defense so bad, i am always getting by 5 yards slant that become 80 yards td because i control the DL or LB and once the game switches me to the corner covering i forget i am not on the DL so i hit the hitstick to beat the OL wich makes my CB fall forward like a retard.

On run plays my player seem to magicaly get sucked away from the RB....This game drives me mad

Then on offense i had 406 yards with with Oz and 343 receiving with DT

                  • Im really loving this game so far. Love the connected career mode. Things I wanna see next year.

                    - Edit Players in Career mode
                    - Hire your coaching staff (meaning more than just coordinators, LB coach, WR coach Rb coach, etc.)
                    - Old Superstar camera angle

there are others I just can't think of right now...

                      • Ok, so I'm too lazy to go through all the pages of this thread and look for an answer, but can anyone explain to me why my player legacy score is so dang low? I've played 6 seasons, won 6 MVPs, won 6 Super Bowls, thrown ~350 TDs and yet my legacy score is still only around 2500 (lower than Cheeseburger's). I just don't really get the rationale behind this system. I have the game on the default settings.

Below is my :2cents: on some other topics:

-It's really dumb how you can't edit the rosters in franchise mode, their pre-set one is really bad. And you can't even change the freaking jersey numbers! what the heck! I thought they were allowing more freedom to the players last year when the actually allowed the user to change a players ratings in franchise, but I guess that was only a one year deal...

-I'm ticked off that they took away the import from NCAA function (both draft class and superstar). They say their new system is "connected" careers? Seems to me that it's way more disconnected than it has been for the previous 3/4 years. I don't get why they completely severed the tie between the two games.

-I do like the new physics engine though. The game play looks a lot more realistic. Although I think they made the RBs too good, as the computer will seemingly break like 2 or 3 tackles on almost every run.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, state your opinion on the game if its negative. Its not allowed.
Just say its the greatest game ever created and move on

Haha, I've bought every Madden since 2003 so I think I'm allowed to complain a little bit.

I already tried to complain about some stuff/state my opinion. Got shot down real quick. haha.
But I agree about editing and no ncaa.

                              • I actually like the way the draft classes work better this year. Yeah it would be nice to have real college players names, but you can't deny this years draft/scouting is 100x better. With the twitter updates, story lines following the players, and the new scouting system, it makes it so much more fun to build your team through the draft IMO...
