I actually like the way the draft classes work better this year. Yeah it would be nice to have real college players names, but you can't deny this years draft/scouting is 100x better. With the twitter updates, story lines following the players, and the new scouting system, it makes it so much more fun to build your team through the draft IMO...

Agreed, I love the storylines. I wish they would do more though, than just a few players a season.

Nice run I bet. With McGahee? The more I play with the Broncos, the more I realize, I will never have a big run with our RBs. They are to slow. I only had a 55yd run up the middle with McGahee because it was 3rd and long and the other team blitzed. I ran staight up the middle and passed everyone. Other than that, my RBs are to slow IMO.

It took me 9 games with the Broncos in franchise to get my first run over 25 yards, and it was with Hillman in garbage time, lol. I hate running, I get 3 on every play. This probably explains why Eric Decker averages 11 catches a game for me.....

I agree. I was following a story line on a CB and how he was expected to be great, and was competing with this other guy to be the first CB taken. Then he began to struggle, and by the end of the season the guy was "getting roasted" and would be lucky to be taken any earlier than the 4th round! Another twitter said NFL teams were considering moving him to safety, ect... I'll complete that draft tomorrow, so we'll see where he actually goes. I'm not taking him!!!

Thats was pretty funny. That happens to me to. Sometimes I do get mad because I run directly into my OL. Sometimes I cant get off of them before I get tackled either. I have tried being a little more patient with my runs. I has helped a little more as well.

I think they randomize the names, and the stories will vary to even if they aren't the same name, But I do got to say these story lines are great, now I just need to find a good slider set where I will lose so I can get some decent draft picks and grab these guys lol.

Yeah sorry about that the other day, but I wasn't in the best of moods lol. And then when you start talking in absolutes it annoyed me even more. Like can't user catch and WR can't catch. That is similar to saying in real life Manning can't throw to his right. In both cases neither are true.

And then when it seems like the points being argued are so pointless and not even the biggest problems. The oline tackling, one can't happen, because you could get back up and start running again, usually the flying backward is the wonky physics when a defender barly touches you and causes you to fly backward. It may look like the Oline causing it but I'm pretty sure most of the time it is the Dline hitting you through the online, because anytime I have flown backward I was down. Which means a defender touched me. Most of the time my guy stumbles if I touch a Olinemen but I can keep going.

I would love to see them get the importing back but they really need to fix the computer AI logic on those. Punters should not go top 5. But then there probably wouldn't be any story lines and people would complain about that lol.

The editing I don't see why they don't allow numbers being edited, because having multiple ones on the same team is annoying. I can see the editing of ratings not being allowed because of the new XP system to progress your players becomes pointless once you can adjust their ratings yourself. And since the mode pretty much has to pass the online version to get in that is probably where the biggest snag came from. And I can see where editing position would cause problems with their goals, so they would need to get those bugs worked out.

Co-op should find a way to get brought back in. They should just make it an option to allow it or not, so online can turn it off to stop people from teaming up online.

My biggest problem comes in the form of the ratings. They are to close and really need to be spread out, but they are trying to appeal to the masses and keep the overalls high so casuals are happy. They need to spread the ratings out so that players play different.

So while the game is far from perfect there seems to be complaints on things that have answers or even worse skill related things being complained about.

Turn your auto sprint off. Be very patient behind the line of scrimmage, find the hole and start sprinting.

What game speed do you guys play on? Mine is on default, but I'm thinking about changing it. I'm sorry, but LBs shouldn't be able to run step for step with a WR for 40 yards down the field. That's just not how it works.

I play on slow speed threshold at 50. But the reasoning for the LB staying with is the ratings are so close there isn't enough difference. I was looking at the Texans because of the videos Cory posted and Conner had 84 speed to Johnsons 92...

Ran some kind of jumbo formation with the cowboys. Outside runs that were just unstoppable. no matter how much to the edge I put my D or set them man or zone, blitzing, etc the blockers would pick up every single player.

Don't play the cowboys.

I haven't played an online game yet outside of people from this site because cheeser really ruin the game.

But yeah you guys can hit me up when ever I'm on playing madden. Doesn't matter if I am in the middle of a game that isn't against someone since I can always replay it. I'm always down for a game as long as I'm on lol.

When I was saying cant user catch I didnt mean it literally. Its just not a free as it used to be.

Also, last night I had where the runningback ran into the onlineman and he flew backwards. I replayed it and noticed the Dlinemans elbow was BARELY peaking through and thats what hit my runningback. Still pretty funky.
