It irritated me at the time, but now I can't think of any better way to end the series... That 70's show, when they end it as the clock hits midnight on New Years Eve going into 1980

Technically the tv show didn't end that way. The additional hour and a half movie ended that way.

Same with True Blood....still going strong and glad to see they are being true to the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris....can't wait for season 5!!

I went for months without knowing about the 'extra, proper' ending. I thought the end of series 2 was, well, the end.

Agreed.....at least House provided the audience with closure....the ending to Lost was a huge let down.

What are you talking about? The only cool scene was when that guy's head was rolled over. It's considered one of the worst ever
