  • Workout Playlist!?

I've been basically counting down the days til I can get back to the gym and participate in something seriously active!

Anyways, I was wondering whats everyone's songs they listen to, to motivate them through their workout? Ive been making a bunch of different ones myself but heres my favorite list for starters:

    1. Dying Breed - Five Finger Death Punch
    2. This Calling - All that Remains
    3. 4 Words - Bullet For My Valentine
    4. Get Up - Korn/Skrillex
    5. Warrior - Disturbed
    6. Fearless - For Today
    7. Headstrong - Trapt
    8. Stitches - Haste the Day
    9. Unbroken - Killswitch Engage
    10. Give it All - Rise Against
    11. Animal I have Become - Three Days Grace
    12. Until the Day I Die - Story of the Year
    13. A For Andrew - Attack Attack! (US)
    14. Ascendancy - Trivium

    (If you can't tell I'm a metal/Hard Rock kinda person )

    Anyways...whats everyone working out to?

We have my sisters old stereo in the garage, so I just keep flipping stations until I find a good song. Gets kind of annoying to pause your workout to change the station, but the CD player is broke.

Personally, I find the Goo Goo Dolls are pretty cool to listen to when getting beefy. :thumb:
    Adopter - theMileHighGuy

    Adopted Bronco - Matt Prater

I put a new playlist together depending on how I feel so it changes a lot, mainly rock/metal and some rap. Anything with a good beat and/or some heavy guitar, really. I like things with a strong chorus so I can blast my reps through it. Man, this thread reminds me I need to stop slacking off...

*edit* lol knew someone would post can't be touched...

Also calling people has been the social norm since what the 60s? really it doesn't make sense that she calls it 'crazy' but really that is besides the point I suppose.

It wasn't for a workout, but before tests I'd Jam:

'You're The Best"-Joe Esposito from "The Karate Kid"
'Win In The End'-Mark Safan from "Teen Wolf"
"Ready To Fall In Love Tonight"-Joey Fatone from "On The Line"
                  "My Life"-Bon Jovi
The rap song from "House Party"

If I had time, the "Rocky 4" soundtrack, among others. It all depended on how much time I had before I had to leave for class
"Happiness is just an illusion, filled with sadness and confusion." Jimmy Ruffin
