I can barely understand what the hell Bale says in his Batman voice.

Maybe you both need to get your ears checked. I could understand everything he said as Batman the entire movie. The one I had trouble at times understanding was Bane.

His voice sounds like it should sound when you are trying to hide his real identity. People really need to lighten up if this is their big complaint on Bale. He played the role fantastically.

It sounded less like "you don't know who I am" and more like "I have throat cancer"

I think the voice was intentional and what Nolan wanted his Batman to sound like as a darker side of Batman. To go along with this series.

If millions of people were that bothered by it I don't see how Bale lasts through 3 movies and it makes as much money as it did.

I hope they don't continue the series. Nolan breathed life into the Batman series by staying true to the Batman comic books. Very dark, and I loved it so much. It would be a crime to continue Nolan's Batman series without Nolan.

Honestly, I think they should leave it alone for now. We wouldn't want another disastrous movie thanks to George Clooney and Arnold Schwarzenegger (I'm looking at you, Batman & Robin film)

I hope they continue, just saw the new one an hour ago and was blown away. They definately left the door open, why go to all the trouble to reboot? I hope Nolan at least writes a script so we can continue. There really is no need to reboot this series unlike Spiderman.

I don't really blame Clooney. He could've been a good Batman, but with the terrible script Schumacher presented, it wasn't happening. I agree (and all would) that Arnold was a laughable choice for Mr. Freeze, though.

There were simply too many characters and all of them were done wrong. They should've just had Batman, Robin, and Freeze. With a good script, and anyone but Arnold playing Freeze, it could've been a decent film.

Regardless of where the series goes next, I don't think anyone could possibly screw up Batman on the magnitude of Batman and Robin. Warner Bros. just won't allow it to happen. Nolan has really set the bar high with his trilogy.

Fincher I think could pull it off.... So could Scorsese. Maybe Aronofsky

Batman should be done for a while IMO.

Anything else made will be nothing compared to this trilogy.

I agree that unless Nolan does the next movie that Batman should be left alone for awhile. I mean it took 7 years to get these three movies all out. Why would you reboot in less time?

I think DC needs to come out with enough characters to develop a Justice League movie. And that should be the next time we see Batman.
