Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Any Killswitch Engage fans here? I was hooked ten years ago when I heard "Alive or Just Breathing?". Just found out that Killswitch Engage, in celebration of the ten-year anniversary of this album, are going to play it in its entirety on their new US tour!
Absolutely love Killswitch, was devastated that Howard Jones left, he's one of my favourite vocalists ever, such a powerful voice. Having said that I still love Jesse's stuff and I'm glad he came back rather than replace Howard with someone else.
I didn't know that Howard had left either, that's depressing. I was a big KSE fan around when As Daylight Dies was out and a little before and after that. It's funny that Jessie Leach is back with the band now considering how he left the band in the first place.
I saw them once with Lacuna Coil it was a great show.

I saw them with Dragonforce a few years ago when I was still in high school... That was my first ever mosh pit
Edit: I gotta say, I've never been a fan of the older stuff with Jesse, but we'll see how it turns out... I half wish they had gone with Phil Labonte, but I'm glad they didn't go that route, killing another band I love.
These guys were probably my favorite band for 5-6 years. Their live DVD is one of the greatest concert documentaries I've ever seen. Such talented and humble dudes. They're also really gifted musicians too, Adam D. is formally trained and one of the best producers in the industry as well. I've still yet to see this band at full strength though, unfortunately. I saw them back in 2007 with Chimaira and Dragonforce and they didn't have Adam D. with him because of his back, and then again in 2010 when they were without Howard. I'm going to try to make the 10 year anniversary tour. I'm sure it will be one hell of a show. Alive or Just Breathing is probably one of the main albums which broke metalcore as we know it today.
Saw them at Download this year, I've watched tonnes of videos of them live as I really enjoy their stuff, when I heard Howard was gone I was a little disappointed since I really admire his voice and his presence on stage. From what I saw it was always a very clean, tight performance.
But with Jesse it just felt like a chaotic whirlwind. And not in the good way you'd imagine with a metal band. I just didn't enjoy them all that much at all. Still think they're a terrific band but that performance disappointed me a little.

I'm pretty sure that was one of his first shows back with the band. Barring the circumstances (80,000 people, inevitable technical difficulties that come with shows like that) I'm sure he did great. I'm not sure you can make an argument for Jesse being a better singer.. Howard has got like a 4 octave range! However, Jesse's writing is so much better. The lyrics for their most recent full length are awful and you can tell that it was really uninspired writing.
