OH! MY! GOSH!!!! Next book won't come fast enough! Brandon Sanderson is awesome!!! I still have a couple of chapters left but WOW! It's amazing to think that at the begining of this book I was questioning my ability to stay interested in it.

    WOW...

I am sure you will know the point of the book I am at when you get there but just in case when you finish highlight to read I just finished Saddius's betrayal and the battle that follow. Amazingly written Sanderson is the best story teller I've ever read I have never been so excited while reading as that section of the book made me! When Kal finally decided to go back to Delenor's rescue it was awesome!

So once you finish Birdman let me know! I don't want to post anything further here about it even with spoiler tags because I don't want to risk spoiling anyone who hasn't read it (in fact I think anytime in this thread that something is discussed that is a spoiler in nature should have the font changed to white so it has to be highlighted to read)

Yeah I agree just got done with part 2 and now onto the interludes lol. Hopefully they are interesting at least it doesn't seem to long only 60 or so pages for all three. But you are doing audio right frey? Because I do think the drawlings are pretty interesting they have in there.

        Spoiler in white
they had the picture on one of the pages that was from what shallan drew when they were talking over that paper. And the picture was that of a voidwalker or chasimfiend.

Typing from my nook so it is a little tough

I'm looking forward to his young adult series coming out later this year called steelheart. It looks like it will be interesting. Pretty much super powered people but of coarse if you got powers you are going to be evil and non powered people are trying to stop them. But yeah I want to move on to his other books. I think firstborn is free online some where so I might read that next but most likely I will be moving on to the dresden files.

Made it to part 4 and it is really getting good. Probably read way to much this weekend and I really need to write my paper tonight lol. But I was right in my guess of Kal from part 2 yay . Just need to get through wednesday night and I should be able to finish by next weekend then I should really take a break from books so I can do other things, or you know pace myself better lol.

Finished and yes that spot was amazing that you hinted at above. Can't wait till his next book comes out now time to figure out what I want to read till then. I could hit up some of Sandersons other books or maybe I start another long series that is already done to pass the time till his next book comes out. But the one good thing is he isn't writting the Wheel of time anymore to slow him down.

Just finished World War Z, pretty decent book overall. It's set after the zombie war was won it's made like a documentary from many different points of view of the events leading up to and during the war. The whole premise of the story is that the writer travels around the world gathering stories of the war and these are those stories compiled.

Good read, not sure how they are going to make a movie out of it but I'm sure it won't even remotely resemble the book.

So I guess Sanderson released a tweet on the 28th concerning some of the future books for the way of the kings including the name of the second book. It looks like the name of the second book is going to be "Words of Radiance" and this book is Shallan's. And it sounds like he plans to have it out by the end of the year which is great news

And it looks like the next book is currently titled Stones unhollowed which is Szeth's book but he did mentioned that the fourth book is going to be a new character the parshendi shardbearer. And then it sounds like the fifth book is Delinar. And he did say that the character could be dead before their book, as "their" book is just referencing the flash back portion like the first book was Kal's so he had the flashback portions.

But hoping that the third book does make it out by the end of the year because that would be awesome. But not looking forward to the break that will come between the 5th and 6th book. Because I did read that that break is when he plans to release the second Mistborn trilogy.

Getting ready today to start either Pathfinder by Orson Scott Card or Redshirts by John Scalzi. I would highly recommend their other books Card has the Enders game books (8 of them and they are all very interesting) and Scalzi has a great series that starts with a book called Old Man's War.

Actually started The Walking Dead: Road to Woodbury about partway though. It's abridged I believe because it's only 8 hours. Will probably go with Rise of the Governor next.

Finished the two walking dead books. Not too bad at all. Gives some insight into just how crazy the governer really is and what it took to make him that way. I finished the Final Empire and I'm on chapter 42 of the well of ascension, will probably have it done sometime next week. Enjoying it all so far, much better than what little I could get through of warbreaker.
