Got to play for about 2 hours last night... the game is pretty solid. Crushed some guys as Thing for a while.

Coolest thing was 15-20 heroes wailing on a super-powered electro in a random zone event.

It's like Diablo, but the world is public.

Seeing the same heroes as you run around kind of takes something out of it.

i signed up and downloaded it but never tried it.

i don't know why i signed up anyways, i told myself i wouldn't play betas anymore, especially betas of an unfinished game i might eventually want to play.

it's an mmoarpg

5 man parties, massively huge lobbys like phantasy star online on the dreamcast

so you are in your party or alone, but also a ton of other players around you when you're not in an ''instance' (aka dungeon)
