Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

If you are a father, does this commercial make you tear up?
My mum cried when she dropped me off for my first day of high school! I think deep down she was glad she didn't have to walk me to school every morning anymore though
Nothing makes me tear up but I do empathize with the commercial because I am a father of a beautiful 6 month old boy.
I'm super protective already. My wife already wants to do swimming lessons and I'm like hell no. What's the rush?
I don't want to do school bus riding to school when he gets to that age. I want to take him to school everyday. I suppose its probably good for social skills though.
Been there, done that ... protective thing. My two daughters are in their thirties now, and I still look out for them; one has some serious health problems at the moment. Went to the library with my granddaughter's class today. Being a grandparent is like having a second chance.
Yeah, that'll pull at the heart strings. My daughter is next door playing with her friend. But in about an hour I get to go get here and have daddy/daughter date night. I am looking forward to it.
Such a sweet commercial.... I was completely expecting to see the Volkswagen Passat Commercial when I clicked on this thread of the dad and boy throwing the ball..... confused it with subaru
