Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

I think Stevie Nicks angle just plays into the story line because of the history Nicks has with "witchcraft" .... either way .... Lily Rabe is beautiful! ;-)
In my opinion, this season has blown awy both of the previous seasons. Season 1 was great, dont' get me wrong but I think in the end this season ends up better ... and of course last season was just way off base.
I think Emma Roberts will be back in the same manner that Evan was brought back, reincarnation of some sorts ... my guess is that my beautiful Lily Rabe will be the one to resurect her and then eventually brought to the house to join her "Tribe".

Yeah man Queenie. I mean she cracks me up but that was disgusting watching her try to lure the minataur.
Beast meet Beast. Who knows it may have actually worked though. They just made it look like trouble for her.
That's awesome about the historical accuracy. Yeah I believe this season has the potential to be their best work. And has been so far. But a lot can go wrong in 10 episodes. So I'm still a little skeptical due to the bad taste in my mouth from last season.

I'm having a hard time with the butler guy though .... I don't understand why they keep showing him prancing around in womens clothes, having tea-parties all while keeping the dead chick in his footlocker? Kind of an odd spin on the whole story.
I really hope they keep Marie Laveau around the whole season and don't "kill" her off somehow ... she brings the necessary evil to the show that is needed.

Zoe slashing those Zombies was something else! I saw some Evil Dead with that chain saw. I'm starting to really, really like her.
Yeah, the butler guy I don't understand, either. I'm sure they're setting something up. Maybe some sort of betrayal because they find the body and he turns on the Supreme?? Or she's resurected like Myrtle was at the end of this week. There's a reason there's a wich who can resurrect. Who knows?
But, you're right. Ms. LaVeau is amazing! I doubt her and Zoe(who I suspect they're setting up as the next Supreme) clash. I bet Zoe reestablishes the peace after LaVeau kills the current Supreme later on.
Can't wait until the next episode. I purposly DON'T watchh the scenes from next week because I don't want to spoil anything.

I saw some critique this week that this season falls short of the first two. That critic is on crack. In no way shape or form is this season below season two. Not even close. And I think we all agree it may even surpass season 1.
Couple of things. I don't like the resurrect witch bringing back myrtle. It's going to be annoying if she brings everyone back all season just for the heck of it. Yet doesn't bring back Madison who was the best witch.
I find the butlers side deal interesting. A side creep who could sneak up on them as an unsuspecting creep.
What doesn't make any sense to me is the side story with the husband. 1. Don't fool around on your witch wife. They scorn worse than any woman in history
2. Why the hell do they make him out to be some secret agent or hit man and give 0 story on it still.
Zombie scene and Zoe was awesome.
Whole season is awesome. I think it will ultimately be a showdown between Zoe and Queenie.
New supreme vs new voodoo witch.
Oh and they won't kill Fiona. Jessica Tandy survives every season. She is the star of the show. I doubt they start now. I mean she may have to die to make Zoe supreme. But this episode Fiona started doing a few non selfish things.
I think she chooses to die to give Zoe full strength to stop the voodoo side. But not killed.
No way this season falls short, I put it slightly behind the first season because the 1st season had that element of surprise to it ... like when you finally figured out the Taissa Farmiga was dead and buried under the house ... but NO WAY this season is behind last.
I didn't even think about the husbands side story, you're right on that though ... it definitely doesn't fit in and if it does then they need to start explaining it a bit more, although it looks like we may see something come out because now that his wife is blind she seemed to have picked up a new ability, when he grabbed her hand at the end she saw flashes of him and that other girl in the hotel room.
Zoe is definitely destined to be the new super, especially after the zombie scene where she dropped the zombie with her thoughts and Marie Laveau says "I don't know what that was but they have some powerful magic in that house"

Ahhhh finally some backstory on the husband and now it all makes sense with him .... perfect timing for that angle to be thrown in there too!! This show never disappoints!

The butler side story still behooves me though, we know he's a creeper but what is the point ... in the end what story does he serve other than always covering for Fiona? That was such an awesome scene after Zoe found Madison and they tortured him a bit ....
I cannot believe this thread isn't getting more action, this HAS to be one of the best shows on TV right now aside from Sons of Anarchy. Those that complain about the Walking Dead should defintitely tune into this show!
I think the second season killed it. I remember everyone was talking about it during season 1. But then season two happened and I think it cost the show a lot of viewers.
Due to season three though this is back to one of my favorite shows like you said. I love FX television. Liking SOA just a little but more than this show this season. Another show I'm shocked doesn't have a thread on here.
So yeah about last night.
I'm glad they finally covered the husband but I hate that he works for Leveu. And they didn't show Kathy Bates at all this episode. Seems like the Axe Man could scare her silly.
I don't have a problem with the butler story. I think it's showing you have to be a complete creeper to spend your whole life defending witches even it it cost you your tongue. It shows why he goes to such lengths to protect them. Because his secret is safe in that house.
They need to either fix Kyle back to normal soon or just kill him again. His role is pointless as a Frankenstein. They nearly made Madison back to normal right away.
Anyways about the Axe Man. Great story but seems a bit late in the game to be introducing him. Now they are going to get sidetracked with him for a week or two which takes away from the battle with the voodoo side.
And I still stick to my thought of Zoe vs Queenie. Queenie is helping them now but she always seems bothered and not in agreement with their methods. Like not wanting Zoe to bring back the Axe Man.
Anyways great fantastic season. Show should get more credit.

I can't believe that Queenie took Delphine to Laveau ... I thought for sure after the conversation in the kitchen with her and Delphine that she was trying to bond with her but I guess the story that Delphine told was too brutal!
Sounds now like DenverBlood was right in predicting a Queenie vs. Zoe matchup, since that's the way it looks to be heading!
How about Kyle, I thought for sure Zoe was gonna "bust a cap" in him this time, but she just can't do it!! And then things get a little bit crazy with a Menage a Trois`!!!
unfortunately .. no Misty sightings this episode, made me a little sad :-(

I'm not surprised. The story was just buttering us up to believe she wouldn't do it. But one thing we know about Queenie is she don't care about anybody but herself.
She may end up feeling sympathy though and helping Delphine out.
She also seems to have a soft spot for Zoe and the hearing girl (forget her name). So she will have a hard time not wanting to help them.
But it just seems to make more since to have Queenie be the voodoo protege and Zoe the witch protege and Duke it out. Obviously with Zoe winning.
I liked it enough to go back and watch the first season on netflix.I've enjoyed it pretty cool how they can use pretty much the same cast in different roles Looking forward to watching the asylum one also
