While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

You can't so much tell in the smaller version here on the boards, but the larger version IMO is a dead ringer. I'm calling it now, Henry Allen is Zoom.
Would explain why he had to leave. Would also explain how Barry became a speedster.
Also I enjoyed last nights episode a lot more again.

Hopefully fastest healing too. Because when Arrow took out Ollie for a couple of episodes it was rather lame.
But Zoom is an amazing villain. This show is finally building up steam with Arrow.
These seasons have been damn good so far.
My boss made a good point. Zoom clearly broke his back, you could hear it snap at one point and then barry went limp. His back probably needs to be set for his healing to do it's work.

Plus he got 2 of those speed dampening things stabbed into him. So his speed healing could be on the fritz also.
But another thing that makes Barry's dad a prime suspect to be zoom is when they were on earth 2 they were talking about olives dad surviving when Oliver died. Add in that the comics it is Thomas Wayne that becomes the batman wouldn't surprise me if Barry's dad is zoom.

Because in the other 2 examples the family is still intact just things are altered like Oliver's dad living when he died. For Batman Bruce was the one shot and Thomas becomes the Batman, and his mom goes insane and becomes the joker.
But I just remember when they were talking about Oliver's dad the outline was that of the green arrow so I'm guessing they could be dropping hints of who Zoom is. But that is just my guess.

Also wanted to add that they could be using this injury to bring another hero into the light. One that has been shown but not really given a part. And they are in Legends of Tomorrow.

Hawk Girl could be making an appearance soon. She was the waitress that Cisco was hitting on at the coffee shop that was new to town. Also I follow Stephen Amell on facebook and he released a photo of what looks like a crossover and it had a nice cast of heroes including Hawk Girl and Hawk Man. So they could use this injury to bring her into the fold before she moves on to legends of tomorrow.

I'm not even sure that's a spoiler. I would have to find time to go check but I think IGN confirmed Hawk Girl and Hawk Man were going to be in the next episode of either Flash or Arrow.
That is what the newest rumor I've read. But it is an older barry which is still played by his dad. But I think his dad is the one in zooms mask he fits the build almost to a "T"
I liked the episode. Grodd is always impressive. And from what I read on reviews they are barely scratching the surface on his capabilities.
Was a little disappointed we had to take a step back from Zoom this week after last week but at least they did it well with another known villain and not some noob.

The crossover episode is next after tonights Arrow. Will be interesting to see how this girl of Cicso's becomes Hawk Girl so fast.
