Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Yeah stinks that so many of these meta humans are dying but I will say it is fun watching Barry develop his abilities like running up a building and running on water.

That's the one thing that's fun about this show compared to Arrow. Don't get me wrong I love Arrow right now, but I love watching the super heroes develop their abilities and put them on display on the screen.
Arrow doesn't really have special super power abilities. Just shoots and arrow and fights really well. Although when Roy had the mira curu that was fun to watch.

BOXING GLOVE ARROW
But I think both are good shows. Arrow has been a little slow this season and Flash has been really good. Forgot to mention the drinking scene was funny also. Yeah I got a buzz.... Now it's gone lol

Yea but none of them are dead in a way that it can't be explained that they aren't.
Clone dude - They could say he escaped and made it look like he was killed but it was really a clone.
Plastique - She could have gone Nova but still be alive and Barry just thinks she's dead.
The weather dude from the first EP - His brother in the comics is actually the bad guy so who knows maybe his brothers alive.
None of the rouges that have died are important rouges.

I didn't have time to watch this weeks Arrow last night. Plan to today. Almost read your spoiler in that thread and then light bulb went on and I quickly clicked out.
It's a great time to be a D.C. fan though with these two shows. Just wish Gotham could get on par with the two of them.

Sorry about the small spoiler in my last post. But yeah DC has two great series going right now with these two. Hopefully they can expand this universe to be their own which would be cool.
Gotham I still need to watch this weeks episode but I will say the guy that played the poison mist guy in Flash was a great cast in Gotham. He just fit that part. But yeah I don't think Gotham is on Arrow and Flashes level.

Yeah I think he was perfect for Zsasz. I like him a lot. I think if Gotham starts developing Bruce for training to fight then it can start to develop some mild entertainment. But in the end I think you can only go so long without the super hero. From what I hear S.H.I.E.L.D is still struggling due to not having them.
I enjoyed Gotham a lot this week. Penguin is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters. That said, Flash is different from the other two, because I'm still in the dark about what the overarching plot is. Both Gotham and Arrow at least have a driving force. Don't get me wrong Barry learning about his powers is cool, but it needs a larger goal IMO. I know the Wells subplot exists, but it needs to start developing
What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?
I don't know and I don't care

Don't forget Arrow semi struggled with the same issues in season one. It was strictly story developing and I liked the Island story more. But he really struggled with an overarching nemesis until Deathstroke popped up in Season 2. Then the show really took off. But not it's taken a step back again this season struggling to find that next season long enemy. Although I think one is still developing. Just not sure if it's Merlin or Al Gul.
But I think after developing the character this season we will see Flash get a season long nemesis next year. Maybe Grodd.
The biggest issue with gotham is while Arrow and flash will give subtle nods, Gotham has all the subtlty of a bull in a narrow street. Instead of name dropping someone that hardcore fans will go OMG!!! I KNOW WHO THAT IS!!! Gotham goes HEY, HEY GUYS LOOK!!! LOOK AT THIS GUY HERE! HE"S GOING TO BE THE RIDDLER!! SEE, GET IT GUYS!! SEE WHAT WE DID THERE? THE RIDDLER!
It's like they want to beat you over the face with the reveals because they think you aren't smart enough to catch it. That's my complaint with Gotham.

Lol I actually do kind of get that feeling now that you mention it. It is like a constant teaser. My main issue is the acting though. It's just awe full. And the story hasn't exactly wowed me either.
Another good episode. I laughed at the Man of Steel reference.
This isn't a new revelation or anything but I'm 100% positive now that Wells is the flash that killed Barry's mom. Though I was thinking that since episode 1.
Couple of cheesy things from the episode though. Flash carries kid super fast and drops him against a fence. Pretty sure that would hurt the kid. They didn't show him actually stop and set him down.
Then even funnier moment in the school he rushes over to get Iris and carries her an extra 15 feet away and says stay here. Really Barry? That extra 15 feet put her out of harms way?

I'm kind of amazed at how Barry knew he went the 5.3 miles that he needed lol. But I've just come to expect things like that in the comic universe. But I thought the episode was pretty good and Wells has really had all the fingers pointed at him as being the reverse flash but now watch them pull a switcharoo and not have him be him and he is actually a future flash trying to protect Barry aginst the Reverse flash lol.

I wouldn't be surprised if that happens but the fact that he isn't from the comics just leads me to believe they are setting him up to be that role. Possibly the main arch villain in the show. I'm actually not even aware of who Flash's Arch Nemesis is.
