While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

Well now this has a name and trailer I figure we can finally start a thread instead of jumping around in the other two shows. So looks like she was resurrected by the lazurus pit so she is back as the white canary. O and the Atom can shrink
And it will run during the midseason break so I will get my superhero fix when the other shows aren't on
Haven't watched the trailer. Is it for sure the Lazarus Pit. I read a fan comment that it's the time traveling main character. But that wouldn't really make sense because if he just time traveled then Captain Atom wouldn't exist yet and she would just be Black Canary. So Lazarus Pit sounds better.
But. I still am not sure I care for them killing her off as Black Canary to just give her the spinoff of White canary. I guess because Laurel is supposed to be Black Canary in the comics?
I think I would've prefered Laurel dumped off to the other show for white canary. But I understand they are following what the comics do.

Yeah the trailer shows her coming out of the Lazurus pit. Now the time traveler could have gone back and got her body in time for it to be used in the lazurus pit as it looks like the show will travel through time anyways. So the Atom would still exisit.
And Luarel Lance is the black canary in the comics so it would make since that it was the case as the White Canary I believe is a villian in the comics though and wouldn't have any relationship with the Black Canary but it is what it is. Glad she gets another role and fun to see Heatwave and captain cold get more air time.
I'm still not 100% sure this show is going to make it into my routine. But I'll admit it's kind of hard to ignore characters we are already getting to know.

Should be somewhat easy to work in as I believe it will fall in that winter break with both flash and arrow aren't showing new shows.

Yeah we'll see depending on how many episodes it officially airs. Those shows aren't off for 13 weeks straight. Though it is a majority of that time.
Part of my main reason on questioning it making it in is that I'm not major interested in the characters. I like them on Arrow. But I'm still not sure enough if I like them enough for their own show.

O that makes sense. I'm just hoping next season on Arrow and Flash they take just the one break and not have a couple weeks here and there were they have a week off. That sucked lol.

Tell me about it. I was getting so sick of the two episodes on three weeks off this spring.
I don't think it's any particular comic line. But still based on comic characters.
That's why they are calling it an Arrow spinoff. I think it's fabricated for TV purposes.
Yeah thats what i meant. Because Hawk Girl, Atom, Heat Wave, Captain Cold, Firestorm, and Rip Hunter all existed in comics (white Canary did also but not as a sister of Black Canary). I just meant that I don't think they existed as a team like this therefore not based off a comic.
But that reminds me it will be interesting to see Hawkgirl as she is a new character to this series along with Rip Hunter a Time traveler who played a time traveler in a different series lol. (Doctor Who)

I'm pretty interested in it. I mean, it has Rory from Doctor Who playing Rip Hunter, Vandal Savage is the bad guy and Ray can finally shrink. So all in all it looks solid.
