I know everything is rumor and speculation at this point but I seriously seriously doubt they are brother and sister

She's really the latest in droid technology, an offspring of C3PO and R2-D2.

I forgot that. I haven't watched it since opening day and my Bluray is still sitting here unopened. Maybe I'll rewatch it tonight. You gotta go with your gut man, that's your own Force attunment!

We can always count on your <ahem> 'expertise' in these matters.

Sorry, for that wording with specifically. I went back and looked at it and the tone sounded stern, but that wasn't how I meant it. And yes, the force may be strong with me......or it's the burrito I just ate

Seriously, I saw it in the movie.

This is actually my all time favorite scene from all the Star Wars films.

I missed that tone -my own Force attunement is weeeeeak today!

Okay, I just re-watched the film closely looking for evidence and I think the theory of H + L = K & R is very valid and strong now!

When Kylo mind probed Rey he saw that she (rather quickly) regarded Han as "the father she never had".

The first time that Rey saw Leia was at the end of the film after the battle (I had mistakenly thought they had seen each other before that point), and the way they just stared at each other first -followed by not just a hug but a real embrace- plus the quality of the music played at that moment, implies a strong connection between those two! Same with the way they parted as Rey took off to find Luke.

Leia could be her mother, her aunt, or they know each other in some other significant way, but based on what was shown I believe its undeniable that they knew each other in the past and that Leia cares about her.

Now we'll just have to wait to find out if Abrams flat out lied to that kid and the rest of the fans or not. SMH

I mean I kinda thought the movie spelled that out just as plainly as it could without flatout saying it. She was dropped off on the planet to wait for her family to return to get her (Luke dropping her off, but never coming back because he decided to become yoda instead) The lightsaber was Anakin's, and then Luke's and now it calls to her...The force vision of running through bespin just like Luke did ect...

They pretty much heavily hinted it all.

Maybe J.J. felt like he could say Luke wasn't "in" the movie because he just had the tiny cameo at the end?

Short scene or not, he's still in the movie in a rather significant role -the object of their search spelled out in the opening crawl, but maybe this will be exactly what JJ says when he's confronted later, IF Luke turns out to be pops?

Seeing how so many people are talking about what Rey may or not be.

I read some script leaks and if they are to be believed ....

Rey is Luke and Leia's father reincarnated. The reasoning is that Rey was conceived by the force just as Anakin was. In fact, there are many 'chosen ones' and Rey is the latest in a long line. In fact, there is a scene in the next film where they flip the Darth Vader reveal of "No, I am your father." Instead, this time Luke tells Rey, "You are my father."
The Browns are gone; I'm not a fan of the Impostors

The real Browns are in Baltimore, see?
