So looks like Brandon is finishing up the fourth stormlight book and it's schedule to release on time. And like the last book Tor will be releasing chapters leading up to the release. In his newsletter he said it would be about a third of the book. So I might need to get going on my reread.

Also released way of the kings prime on his website which is an alternative reality of the first book. I think it was the original before changing it to what ended up being released.

I'm excited for some new Sanderson.

Finished starsight a couple weeks ago and it was enjoyable like the first one. Still 2 more books in the series and a few more years before those are done.

His state of the sanderson was released today and looks like based off of the last paragraphs that he will probably start focusing more on the cosmere while still working with others for side projects to attempt to speed up the cosmere. He had 35 books currently planned for the cosmere and has 11 done so a ways to go. Looking forward to stormlight 4 in November and than wax and Wayne coming the following year

Brent weeks light bringer series is finally finished
Last book drops October 22nd.

I need to finally start that series than. Been knocking out a bunch of kindle unlimited books and some have been surprisingly good.

Dark ages by pierce brown was fantastic. (5th book of red rising)

Just picked up the third issue of white sand such I think should be the final one. Planning to knock those out before Sanderson's next book starsight comes out in November.

I'm still just chugging along with wheel of Time.... Going back through that is taking forever.

By the time I finish this Pat rothfuss will have written a new Kingkiller book..... So like 2054...

State of the Sanderson was earlier today and looks like 2019 is going to be devoted to writing the next storm light book. 2018 was getting the first 2 skyward books done and working on a joint project of one of his other non Cosmere books. Plus he did a book for the magic the gathering card game.

But he did say he felt bad pushing the final wax and Wayne book back but hopes he might squeeze it in during the writing of the storm light books.

So looks like 2019 will be light on books with probably just the second skyward book, the final white sand graphic novel and that death by pizza he is co working on.

Plus talked about movies and the love and how nothing has been been lit yet but some are moving along.

He just released the prologue for his mystery project that is schedule to release in fall of 2018. Skyward isn't part of Cosmere

I wonder if he could travel through the perpendicularity to Roshar's shadsmar and then come back from the dead on Roshar? Granted, I don't remember how the Wax and Wayne trillogy ended in regards to spook and Kelsier at this point

I'm going to have to go back and read secret histories again. I don't remember it well enough, but I'm wondering now if the world he ended up in after he died was the spiritual realm (Shadesmar)

I have taken a short break. I am reading the secret histories ebook first. It tells the tale of what happened to Kelsier after he died. Pretty freaking amazing as it's starting to tie the worlds together.
