E3 2018

E3 is right around the corner. EA has a conference today even though it isn't at E3 it's their EA play event. Microsoft and Bethesda are tomorrow and ubisoft Sony and square Eniq are Monday. Nintendo has their thing on Tuesday.

Looking forward to some information on some games like anthem at EA today. Hopefully Microsoft has some games to show tomorrow of games coming out in next year.

Bethesda is probably showing off the new fallout game and their new IP and rage 2.

Some games have already been announced ahead of E3 like battlefield 5, cod black ops 4, hitman 2 and others.

We need a GOOD Fallout game. I don't believe what we're getting is going to be a good game, especially since it focuses on the worst element of 4 (the building system)

Probably my main interest is Spider-Man on the 4 which releases soon.

I wish Microsoft would shock and announce 4-5 exclusives that aren’t their usual heavy hitters. But they probably won’t.

Microsoft needs to get more Play Anywhere titles. Even if they are non-exclusive titles. Play Anywhere makes me happy.

I play a lot of sea of thieves. It is nice having the ability to play it on my laptop rather than my console. For me, this would be my biggest selling point with Microsoft and they need to up their game. They need to start getting third party developers in on this deal. EA would be a great one to get on board because it would open the door for Madden on the PC again something PC gamers have been screaming for.

True that. The building system was kind of a joke in 4 and not very useful. I'm sure they'll add some stuff but it's just going to feel like a recycled, slightly updated version more than likely. Bethesda has become EA East.

I'm waiting for a complete edition of Kingdom Come with all the DLCs and patches, don't have high speed internet atm. Sounds like a great game.

Kingdom Come is my game of the year so far. My only complaint is it was too short. It's not quite as large as Witcher or Skyrim but the dlc's are coming, and I'm super stoked about tournaments.

Anthem was the best part of EA conference for me. I did think SOS looks great also and I will probably give unravel 2 a play both through the EA access when they make it there.

Anthem looks like Destiny 2 mated with Iron Man and that was the weird baby that came of it. I hope it's cool, I'm not holding my breath though.

I don't know the flying around lookslike fun. Destiny had some positives there but hopefully Bioware can build a great story to go with Anthem.

And hopefully learn from destiny and the division this is probably the same type of game.

So, is the EA Access or Origin Access thing a good deal? Watched a show where they said EA would put new games on Origin. Pricing was not detailed though.
