Looks good. The streaming service launches with this show. But I’m not sure if the service fee will be worth it for one show. Have to wait and see what other content is available and the cost.

I can't remember what all else they talked about for launch though. But even then pending cost if you can binge 4-5 shows fast there won't be a reason to keep it beyond finishing them.sigpicComment

So after watching the trailer I'm not feeling it. Robin does not seem to fit his character at all and I forgot how much I didn't like star fires costume. The rest looked good but it seems like they are trying to make Robin to dark and edgy. I had hopes for this being good but that trailer seems like it could be bad, but I will still give it a shot.

Birdman maybe since the trailer for Titans was against COC no thanks to Robin perhaps we should change the title of the thread to just DC Universe? And post details as they come out for the service?sigpicComment

I think one of things I'm most excited about is the return of young justice. Will probably watch a bunch of the animated movies I haven't seenyet and I wonder which comics will be included.

So I picked up the subscription for dc universe and watched the first 2 episodes of titans and they weren't bad. Grayson is on the brutal side but seems it is a story line reason so hopefully we get the one closer to the comics. Raven had been pretty good and starfire and beast boy have both been pretty non existent so far.
Sounds they are only releasing an episode one week at a time so those looking to try to binge watch it all at once I would wait till they are all out which looks like it is an 11 episode season with the final one hitting in December.

Finished episode 3 and I got to say titans after the first episode has been really enjoyable. And next week will include the first look at doom patrol which will have their own series early next year.

So final episode of titans dropped today and I'm kind of annoyed. The episodes by themselves are fantastic and up the with the best but the season as a whole and how it ended annoys me.
Essentially the episodes were done well but pacing for the season was all over the place. They built so many great characters and gave them time that they ran out of time for the main storyline. The final episode was amazing but terrible for the final episode of the season. I mean I will still watch next season but reading that they had 13 episodes planned and cut it down to 11 shows.
O well young justice for the next month and a half and on to doom patrol which had my interest after the titans episode with them in it.

Doom patrol starts up tomorrow and honestly it looks pretty good. But our looks like they learned from their bad titan trailer and made one that is much better. Young justice just finished up the first half with it finishing up in a couple of months.

There’s a few cartoons for my boys but not enough. I wish they would put all the LEGO DC stuff on there. My boys love that stuff.
As for adult shows I’d like a few more seasons of the current.
I’m behind on the Cw shows but intend to binge those once they hit Netflix. But I’d kind of prefer those go away before I commit to DC universe.sigpicComment

I’ve been keeping an eye on the content but it still doesn’t have anywhere near enough for me to feel it’s worth the subscription fee.

And yeah I'm extremely behind on the CW shows.

Looks like season 1 of titans is going to come to blue ray and digital release. So for the ones that didn't want to subscribe there's that.

Well for those who read comics dc universe is moving towards marvel unlimited service. All new comics will hit the service 12 months after release (marvel unlimited is 6 months). Nice to see the service constantly improving
