Watched Born in China last night. Very good wildlife documentary. John Krasinski was a good narrator.

Kids are watching Duck Tales the movie this morning. The nostalgia part of the app hasn’t gotten old yet.

It’s actually been hard to get them on the classics. Did two episodes of Darkwing Duck and they were done. They refuse to try chip n dale or talespin. They gave up a half hour to 40 minutes into the movie this morning.

The main thing they’ve been asking for is the lilo and stitch tv series and toy story movies.

The Mandalorian is really well done so far. I like how it’s its own story, not a cheesy Star Wars spin-off. Hope it ends well.

I feel like i'm watching a show similar to xena: Warrior Princess or Hercules: The Legendary Journeys in terms of production value. it's not a bad show overall but compared to other great mini series' out there? it simply has not stacked up and is pretty disappointing so far.

He’s welcome to his own opinion. Not everything popular is for everyone. I typically don’t even like Star Wars at all even though I actually do plan to watch this show once it’s all aired.

My brother to this day still doesn’t like game of thrones and won’t continue past season one despite how popular it became. There’s always going to be a portion of people that don’t like a show or movie.

My problem is the eps are too short especially for only an 8 ep season. Its hard for me to get into a rhythm with it. This is an IP with so much lore and depth its insane they went with such short episodes AND a short season.

i'm a huge GOT and SW fan, though. i don't dislike things because they are popular and i was highly anticipating this show, it's the only reason i ordered disney+

maybe my expectations were too high but looking at their budget and the fact that it's SW, i really don't think so. oh well, i'm gonna keep watching and maybe i'll start liking it more.

that is very true, i think it would be better with more depth in the story which is a big reason why i dislike it. the stories so far seem pretty generic and a sensitive mandalorian bounty hunter kinda rubs me the wrong way as well. actually i could list several things that bother me about this show but i'm not trying to hate on it and i don't want to post spoilers, either.

my favorite thing so far though is gina carano and her character, hope we see more of her.
