  • Favorite Movie

I didn't see anything like this - so I thought I'd make one of my own.

What movie is your favorite? Or if you can't think of just one - then list your favorites.

    My favorite - Blue Velvet.

Blue Velvet: Directed by David Lynch. With Isabella Rossellini, Kyle MacLachlan, Dennis Hopper, Laura Dern. The discovery of a severed human ear found in a field leads a young man on an investigation related to a beautiful, mysterious nightclub singer and a group of psychopathic criminals who have kidnapped her child.

    The story:
Jeffrey Beaumont ( Kyle MacLachlan ) returns to his home town after being away and discovers a severed human ear in a field. Not satisfied with the police's pace, he and the police detective's daughter ( Laura Dern ) carry out their own investigation. The object of his investigation turns out to be a beautiful and mysterious woman ( Isabella Rosellini ) involved with a violent and perversely evil man named Frank Booth ( Dennis Hopper ).

    Favorite Quotes:
    1-
Frank Booth: You wanta go for a ride?
    Jeffrey Beaumont: No thanks.
Frank Booth: No thanks. What does that mean?
Jeffrey Beaumont: I don't want to go.
    Frank Booth: Go where?
    Jeffrey Beaumont: On a ride.
Frank Booth: A ride? Hell, that's a good idea. Okay, let's go. Hey, let's go.
    2-
Frank Booth: What kind of beer you drink, neighbor?
    Jeffrey Beaumont: Heineken
Frank Booth: Heineken? **** that ****! Pabst Blue Ribbon!
    3-
Frank Booth: I'll send you a love letter! Straight from my heart, ****er! You know what a love letter is? It's a bullet from a ****ing gun, ****er! You recieve a love letter from me, you're ****ed forever! You understand, ****? I'll send you straight to hell, ****er!

      Some good movies listed there.

From your list my favorite is:

      Leon

That movie rocks. Gary Oldman is amazing in it. But then again he's one of my favorite actors.

It think it was pretty good performances across the board.

I like movies too much to list just one favorite.

Hell I feel like adding more to the list right now.

Pulp Fiction has been my fav since the first time I saw it. But ever since Sin City came out, I have been doing some serious soul searching and honestly, the jury is still out on this one.
