      I have to go with Electric Avenue, (dating myself with this one...LOL) but it is actually one of my sons favorite songs, can you believe it, hmm, i guess I am a bad influence on my kids.....LOL

          I listen to netscape radio online during the day and one of the channels to chose from is called "One hit wonders" its pretty neat, they also just put up a Superbowl theme station, they play all the big hits and stadium songs from that year and then they through in audio clips from that years SB....I got to hear the 99 SB against the Falcons, ho hum, the good ol days......

              I'm going with Rockwell, because at least the other artists managed to have some sort of follow up album, or had unknown albums before they hit. Rockwell was lucky his dad was who he was. Michael Jackson did the actual singing on the song anyway.

              Everybody's gotta elevate from the norm...

                  Gerardo! I hated that guy. Because of that damn song, people tried to give me that nick name "gerardo" or "Rico Suave" when I didn't respond to it, they actually got mad. This is why I was hanging out at colleges in high school. maturity level.

                    I don't like that song either. I remember it being a definite one hit wonder. He had that song and was never heard from again!

                      Not true, he had another hit with "We Want the Funky Stuff" , it posted #8 on the Pop Charts and #12 on the Mainstream Top 40!
