  • Favorite Trilogies

I listed in the poll my favorites and I am sure there may be others out there so left the "other" spot. I realize some of these may be considered a series rather than a trilogy.

Star Wars (the originals) was the best of alltime, IMHO, but one awesome one you missed was Indiana Jones.

Also, even though the third movie wasn't any good, the Die Hard trilogy was pretty decent considering how good the first two were.

Even though the third wasnt all that good, I loved the godfather trilogy.

If you take what I have to say seriously, then I'm embarrassed for you.

I loved the original Star Wars films! Man, they made such an impact on me, and when you look at what the special effects industry is now able to do as a result of George Lucas' vision, those films have changed the face of the cinematic industry.

The Indiana Jones ones were fun, X3 will be awesome, and I loved the Alien Quad(even if the last one had a really lame ending and bug!)!

Wasn't the Scorpion King kind of the 3rd instalment of those Mummy films?

I loved the Star Wars movies but they are not a trilogy.

I don't know exactly what they are now.

A Seplogy? Is that even a word?

I liked the first two Godfather films and the second was ok. But I read they are making a fourth one... so that's no longer going to be a trilogy.

Same with the Indiana Jones films... fourth is in the making.

Evil Dead was awesome. I loved it .. but I read they are making a remake of it

Jurassic Park was cool .. second was pretty good and the third was alright (except that extremely stupid talking dinosaur junk) ... but they are making a fourth one of that too!!

and the Star Trek movies ... well there are what? 8 of them?? and the next one is being made my some guy that bought out the company and will not have anything to do with Star Trek!! (How in the heck will that work?)

Spiderman is going to be a Trilogy... third one is on the way.

I don't really know what the best trilogy is Becuase I voted for one that had 3 but a fourth is being made!!! Oh the Sadness!!

Why has no one mentioned the Lord of the Rings?

Hello. That one is my favorite.

As mentioned, I wanted your opinions and WOW! Indian Jones was a great "sequence" of movies along with Die Hard. That is why I asked for yours.

When I showed this to my wife she said what about "Spiderman" and I was like "Ok Dear" thanks for your input. LOL.

I had NO IDEA that they were working a Final Destination 3. THAT to me should be good and if they work Saw III I will need a pillow to grip. Those movies really freak me out.
