    That's true.

    I'm in the "enjoyed it" camp, although not nearly as much as I had hoped. I think Singer would have made a big difference, even with the same basic storyline.

    But I hope that bodes well for Superman Returns. If Singer can do for it what he did for the first two X-Men flicks, it should kick ass.

      Not really. From everything I read it was going to be number one. It had a 20 + million dollar lead on the top 3 movies the first day. However it floped from there on out.
      It flopped cause people started talking...

      It wasnt near as good as the second or first

          Here we are at week #2. It has really tapered off. Got beat by that ugly chick jennifer anaston movie. It is at 97 for all time US box office sales.

          Wow, manning has us soaring to new heights.
