who has a better career as an actor?

It's a bit like picking between the two worst teams in football but given those are the only two on there I have to go with Matt. After a string of bad movies and his relationship and stuff Ben Affleck has become more of a joke than an actor, IMHO. He is considered Instant Death for a movie in the entertainment industry.

okay so a little backround behind this....i was watching bourne supremecy last night and i was thinking about how these two have split and gone different ways with their movie careers

I think matts definitely a more versitale actor. but yes you have to choose between the two

The only movies Affleck has been OK in are Good Will Hunting (supporting role), Chasing Amy (he had a good script), and other Smith movies (cameos/support roles).


So basically, 1 good starring role in like 12 years.




Also, Damon played a really smarmy prejudicial WASP in "School Ties" and played his small amount of lines well.


Affleck does get kudos for somehow convincing Jennifer Garner to have his kids, though.

Hmmm, that's debatable in my opinion........never have found her that attractive...

Regardless, she is a WAY bigger star than he is. SO he must have sweet talked big time.
