Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Nick-- Yeah, Krisiun has been around for a while, but I wasn't familiar with them until the mid-to-late 90's. Shockingly, they formed in 1990, according to their website. I'm not overly thrilled with them (except for the drummer), but they are certainly heavy enough and I love the fact that they haven't wimped out. Having their DVD doesn't make me want to run out and buy their albums, but they're cool to watch.
I was very heavy into tape trading in 1995-1997 and never ran across any of Krisiun's demos, unfortunately.
Behemoth have been around for quite some time, but this isn't anywhere near the style they played when they started. Stuff like Behemoth and Absu are difficult to know which thread to place in. I put Absu with the older thread.... though I much preferred their older stuff to that video. Behemoth is the opposite... their new stuff is much better than their old stuff.
On a side note, youtube is really pissing me off with there slooooowwwww loading times. I have to wait 10 minutes to watch a 5 minute video.
I saw At The Gates live. Before the show, my band mates and I didn't like them..... they were very popular in the underground, but we didn't understand what the big deal was. They were better than we thought they'd be live, but were crushed by the other 2 bands:

Dissection (Sweden) R.I.P. Jon
And......
MORBID ANGEL!!!!!
It was an amazing show, to say the very least.
I think At the Gates kicks ass. I never really got into Morbid Angel, but I would have loved to go to that show anyways.
Also, I ****ing love Behemoth. There older stuff is really different than what they sound like now. I am more of a fan of there newer stuff.
Vehemence isn't bad. Decapitated is pretty cool. Not even a hint of Emo.... nice. LOL.
dude i f'n love vehemence. I still remember the first time i heard "darkness is comforting" a couple years ago on XM radio. i was pretty much hooked onto death metal ever since. and decapitated is cool to.
Morbid Angel and cannibal corpse are probably my 2 favorite death metal bands. and then followed probably by crytopsy. and then you'll beg by cryptopsy is a masterpiece IMO
