I saw it quite a while ago. It's based on a great book by Peter Straub. I taped the movie last month and will watch it again one of these nights.

It was a great one, wasn't it??

Christopher Lee was in "The Howling 2". It paled in comparison to the 1st movie, but Lee had a speech at the beginning of the movie that was cool. It was the outgoing message on my answering machine once upon a time, as were a couple of his death scenes as Dracula in the old Hammer movies. One of the scenes was at the end of "Dracula, Prince of Darkness".

My Dad used to get pretty angry over the stuff I had on my machine in the early 90's.... I guess he lacks my appreciation for horror/suspense movies . I got a lot of "What in the hell is on your machine now??". Another cool one was from "The Final Conflict". Damien (Sam Neill ) was "trapped" on a bridge during the fox hunt.... one attacker was on horse back and was thrown off the bridge when Damien scared the horse. What followed was on my machine..... Damien said "Take Him."..... and the hunting dogs took care of the other attacker. Lovely outgoing message. LOL.

How about another one featured on my answering machine?? "Relentless". I thought it was funny to have a message from an answering machine in a movie on my machine..... the message was "I have to kill you".
