Which character on the Sopranos do you like best...

I did the same thing. I had that Blockbuster MoviePass, so I just kept swapping the DVDs out...there isn't an episode of the Sopranos that I have not seen. That show, Deadwood, and Rescue Me are the best.


Oh...and Arrested Development.

I have only seen season one. They had a "morale" website when I was deployed over the summer and I caught the first season of Rescue Me on there. GREAT show.

I'll probably get flamed on for this, but I like the OC as well. Mischa Barton is so dang sexy.

I agree with you a 100 percent. Christopher is a superb actor and will be great after Sapranos.

I am in the middle of season 5 right now. We watched the first two seasons then waited and are watching straight through on DVD.

I didn't start watching The Sopranos until the third season. I had seen parts of a couple episodes of the second, but had just got out of college and could finally afford HBO. When the third season came out on DVD I bought all three. Now I buy them as soon as they come out.

I've seen seasons 1-3 a half dozen times and 4-6 like three times each. I got my dad hooked. He loves it, but my mom gets all pissed off about it cause of the cursing. Over Thanksgiving I loaned him season 6 and my sister watched the first 3 episodes. She liked what she saw so I bought her the first season for Christmas.

She likes Christopher the best. But everytime they show Sil she starts laughing saying he looks like a troll.

Ive watched since the very first episode and have seen everyone - im trying to secure the seasons 1-5 for a decent price from ebay -

Paulie is my fav - i just love his DFWM attitude - My favorite part is the theme song - it rocks

The way the last couple of seasons have played out airing wise has been very disappointing - but I dont want it to end - its gonna be a bummer -

Season 5 was the best. The episode when Chrissy and Walnuts got stuck in the forest chasing that Russian guy was one of the best episodes.

Many didn't really like the beginning of this past season, with Tony in a Coma and much of the episodes based around symbolism and Tony being in Purgatory... However, I think that this may have been my favorite season yet, and the episode where Tony almost died, and his dead cousin Tony was trying to get him to come with him into that house, or 'to the other side'-- that was probably my favorite episode... Just so many layers to it, and the writing is so well done it's scary. I can't wait for the last episodes this spring, but it's gonna be seriously depressing when this show finally ends for real.

Although the Russian episode was definitely a classic.

I disagree about HBO being so desolate sans Sopranos. Deadwood and The Wire are two really great shows. Rome is not to bad either. :thumb:

That Pine Barrens was in season 3.

That's probably my favorite episode. But I also liked the one where Tony takes Meadow to visit some college and sees "an old friend".
