          There is a way to do multiple songs. Instead of import try <add to library> That will allow you to select whole masses of songs.

              I open the folder all my music is in, highlight them all, and just drag them into iTunes. It faster that way

                  Here's another iPod question;

                  How do I change the song order on my iPod?

                  I can't seem to figure out how to do it on itunes.

                  Some of the songs I have to edit in, and I make sure they are all spelled correctly as far as artist/album and whatnot, and then when they are exported onto my iPod, they are out of order and it pisses me off.

                    Right click on the song, click "Get Info" and check track number

                      Cool. I'll check when I get home. Can I edit the track number?

                        Yep.

                        Order the songs in an album to how you want them

                        Heres an example

                        Say you have.......
                        Band "Song" from album "1"
                        then you have that same band, and another song from that same album but this song is 12 out of say.....15...meanwhile it shows up before the first song even though the song is song.....2 on the tracklisting

                        under Track it should look like this in "Get Info"
                        Track _ of __

                        so just edit it as you please

                                Nope, you explained it perfectly.

                                I have another question now?

                                WHy in the he!! does some of the songs in my library, when I try to play them, won't play and I get this message;

                                "The song "........." could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?"

                                I never move these song files, and it's always only on certain ones. I hate having to keep locating the song so it will play in my iTunes library.

                                Does anyone know why it keeps doing this?
