Let's just say not even Hollywood can duplicate a "Hollywood Ending"

I watched it last week where they went to state or whatever and they're down by a touchdown...

So the quarterback tells the coach that he thinks the HOOK AND LADDER will fool them and it will work.

hmmm.

I wonder where the writers and producers got the idea for that kind of play???? A last second chance to redeem oneself by executing this ingenius play?

Who else thought of the HOOK AND LADDER this year? Oh, I think it was Taylor Tharpe (Zabransky's backup). He told Peterson that they should try the Hook and Ladder....

and it worked!

Of course the real one in the Fiesta Bowl was much more dramatic, suspenseful and amazing than anything the writers of Friday Night Lights could have come up with. And when they did it in the show, it wasn't even as cool...

plus why is the team not the same team as the movie? It's not even the same thing. They have the same mascot, that's it... I thought it was supposed to be the t.v. version of the movie?
