I've been watching it since it's debut. If you kept up with the season and the story lines... you can pretty much tell why Locke is upset and why he is turning to Sawyer for help in the previews.

Desmond( which I think so because if Desmonds girlfriend (Penny) ahs been searching for him and they crashed ont he island.. they are the only ones who know where is it so Lock wants Desmond (previews!)for the sake of Ben and Lock coz neither of them want to leave)
